How we work
02 / UAI
Better AI. More value for customers.
As AI improves, UAI can deliver more with less effort. The platform, tools and organization make it possible to put new capabilities to work. Customers buy a working service rather than hours. Better AI and more efficient ways of working can therefore create value for both the customer and UAI. Price and scope reflect needs, value and risk.
The platform delivers. Professionals take responsibility.
AI coordinates and performs the work. Experienced professionals set boundaries and oversee quality, security and operations across engagements. The same approach can serve a process, a project or a business function. Each customer retains their own data, goals and control.
04 / How we work
From a need to a working service.
A clear process, with you close to the priorities.
Clarify
Who will use the service, what should become easier, and which systems and data exist? We define the starting point and criteria together.
Develop
AI performs much of the work. Experienced people guide direction, integrations and quality. You see and assess the service as it takes shape.
Operate
Operations, responsibility, access and follow-up are agreed before launch. You get a service to use, with clear accountability.
Improve
We prioritize new needs together. Changes, maintenance and ongoing development stay within agreed boundaries.
Good to know before we start.
What do we buy?
A tailored digital service with agreed development, operations and ongoing improvement. We start from the need and agree on the delivery.
Are AI agents the product?
AI is part of how we work. The service includes agent functionality when it is useful for your needs.
How is pricing agreed?
We assess scope, value, integrations and risk. Development, ongoing operation and changes are clarified in the proposal. No standard price or specific saving applies to every engagement.
What do we need to contribute?
An accountable contact, priorities, domain knowledge and necessary, agreed access to systems and data.
Do we have to replace our systems?
Often the service can build on them. We clarify integrations and limitations before proposing an approach.
Who is responsible after launch?
UAI follows up operations within the agreement. Service levels, support, incidents and responsibilities are clarified before launch.
What about data, rights and switching suppliers?
These are agreed specifically: data responsibilities, access, ownership, reuse and the ability to move the service onward. We do not promise identical terms for every engagement.
