01 / The service

Tailored development, delivered as a service.

The choice used to be adapting to an existing system or starting a large development project. We offer a third path: a service built for you, with operations and ongoing improvement included in the delivery.

You know your business. We take responsibility for building and operating the agreed service. Together, we define what it should do, what it should cost and how we will know it works.

Considering bespoke development?

From a large project to a service in use.

You need something that does not exist off the shelf. We bring discovery, development, operations and improvement into one engagement. You set direction and priorities without having to build your own development and operations organization.

Choose what fits the need.

Considering a SaaS system?

When the standard does not quite fit.

An existing service is a good choice when it meets your needs. When important workflows fall between systems, we can connect what you already use and build the service that is missing.

Choose what fits the need.

Think of it as tailored SaaS: fitted to your needs, delivered and supported as a service.

A new service for your users.

02 / UAI

Better AI. More value for customers.

As AI improves, UAI can deliver more with less effort. The platform, tools and organization make it possible to put new capabilities to work. Customers buy a working service rather than hours. Better AI and more efficient ways of working can therefore create value for both the customer and UAI. Price and scope reflect needs, value and risk.

The platform delivers. Professionals take responsibility.

AI coordinates and performs the work. Experienced professionals set boundaries and oversee quality, security and operations across engagements. The same approach can serve a process, a project or a business function. Each customer retains their own data, goals and control.

03 / Experience

Built on commission. Improved in practice.

Experience with real services, from the initial need to ongoing development and operations.

04 / How we work

From a need to a working service.

A clear process, with you close to the priorities.

  1. Clarify

Who will use the service, what should become easier, and which systems and data exist? We define the starting point and criteria together.

  2. Develop

AI performs much of the work. Experienced people guide direction, integrations and quality. You see and assess the service as it takes shape.

  3. Operate

Operations, responsibility, access and follow-up are agreed before launch. You get a service to use, with clear accountability.

  4. Improve

We prioritize new needs together. Changes, maintenance and ongoing development stay within agreed boundaries.

05 / The service

Choose what fits the need.

Three ways forward. Different ways to share customization, work and responsibility.

01

Off-the-shelf SaaS

Customization
Existing features and the supplier’s roadmap.
Operations
The supplier operates the standard service.
Improvement
Configuration and available extensions.
A good fit when
The standard meets your needs.
02

Traditional bespoke development

Customization
Built to requirements and an agreed project.
Operations
Internal operations or a separate operations agreement.
Improvement
New commissions, an internal team or consultants.
A good fit when
You want to manage your own delivery organization.

Agreements differ. Compare scope, quality, responsibility and total cost.

06 / Why now?

New possibilities for tailored services.

Bespoke development has often required a large project before value becomes visible. An off-the-shelf SaaS service has been a simpler alternative, but may require the business to change how it works. AI opens up another combination: fitting the business and providing ongoing service.

Gartner describes AI-native development platforms as a possible driver of custom alternatives to standard SaaS. Our contribution is to bring development, operations and improvement together in a service the customer can buy.

07 / About us

An organization built for this way of delivering.

UAI builds on Axel Borge’s experience as a founder and leader in consulting and product businesses, including Bouvet and Sesam. Data, new technology and concrete customer needs are the common thread. That experience now informs an AI-based platform, tools and working methods for development and operations. Senior expertise supports multiple engagements, with clear responsibility for each delivery.

UAI provides development and operations. Rights to existing products, customer data and new deliverables follow the relevant agreements. IDDS and Ideallya have their own roles; you do not need to use their products to work with us.

Good to know before we start.

What do we buy?

A tailored digital service with agreed development, operations and ongoing improvement. We start from the need and agree on the delivery.

Are AI agents the product?

AI is part of how we work. The service includes agent functionality when it is useful for your needs.

How is pricing agreed?

We assess scope, value, integrations and risk. Development, ongoing operation and changes are clarified in the proposal. No standard price or specific saving applies to every engagement.

What do we need to contribute?

An accountable contact, priorities, domain knowledge and necessary, agreed access to systems and data.

Do we have to replace our systems?

Often the service can build on them. We clarify integrations and limitations before proposing an approach.

Who is responsible after launch?

UAI follows up operations within the agreement. Service levels, support, incidents and responsibilities are clarified before launch.

What about data, rights and switching suppliers?

These are agreed specifically: data responsibilities, access, ownership, reuse and the ability to move the service onward. We do not promise identical terms for every engagement.

Let’s talk about the need
